  This is on PNC in general but this my local branch. I've banked for a while with them but I am now moving my rating to a one star. I had a bank account compromised this year and then they did nothing. It was an internal leak in the bank and I'm the one stuck with the inconvenience and the cost. Now before the end of the year there is a service charge for no reason. I have been on the phone for over a half an hour and not one person has spoken to me. I have zero tolerance for banks that accidentally charged service charges Bank of America accidentally charged me over 500 dollars in one year total of 15 phone calls. They didn't stop until I reported them to the OCC. I report all mistakes from banks to the office comptroller currency now no matter how small just as everyone should. I want a bank that works for me and not the other way around I put thousands of dollors in their hands I deserve treatment as a customer not as if I owe something to them. Unfortunately it seems all banks have that attitude. Each inconvenience cost me, just like overdraft fees I believe customers are do mistakes fees.
